Updates of October 2024

The novelties of this fall represent a balance between introducing new features for Uspacy and refining essential details of our product. We understand the importance of moving forward while still listening to our users.

🟣 In October we launched an automatic duplicate check when adding CRM entities. This crucial update will help identify potential duplicates at the creation stage, protecting your client database from duplicate entries.

🟣 The history of changes in tasks now allows you to see all actions applied to them. Next, we will add a similar feature for CRM entities.

🟣 Saving table settings in Tasks will benefit users who work on multiple computers (e.g., office and home). Now, if you change the task list display settings on one device, they will also be reflected on all other devices where you log in to your account.

🟣 Sending comments and messages using Control+Enter (Cmd+Enter) is a small but convenient addition to using Uspacy, as you likely use this keyboard shortcut to send messages in other applications.

🟣 UTM tags and click2call support are now available for the Stream Telecom phone service. All existing integrations in our Marketplace with phone services now support UTM tags, which are important for your marketing, and the click2call feature, which is useful for those using office IP phones.

🟣 We’ve also released an updated view for .xlsx and .xls files. Working with spreadsheets now feels just like using your favorite Excel in the browser.

🟣 Finally, integration with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Outlook is now available to all users. Do you want to connect your corporate email from Outlook to Uspacy? Thanks to the new integration, you can do it in just a few steps!
