Quick form of task creation

In this article, we will tell you how to add new tasks using the quick creation form both in the list and on the Kanban board

Tasks creation at Uspacy involves both a full form with all possible settings, and its quick adding to the general list.

Here we will talk about how to create a task using quick adding. So, first you need to go to the appropriate section and select which display is more convenient to work - in the list or on the board (your Kanban or Deadlines board).

Both the list and the Kanban board have quick creation of tasks. Only the appearance differs.

In the list

To do this, click on the purple plus sign in the middle of the list.

After that, a new row will be added.

You only need to enter the name of the task.

After that, press Enter on the keyboard or the plus sign on the right of the field. The task will be created and displayed in the list.

❗️ You can close the quick creation form and cancel actions by clicking on the cross on the left.

You can go to the full editing form and enter all the necessary data. To do this, select the Edit item in the task interaction menu.

Or use quick editing right in the list and add only the essential characteristics for the task, such as deadline, person responsible or priority.

To do this, you need to click on the plus sign under the stage to which you want to add a task.

After that, the quick creation form will open. It looks like this.

As a result the task is added to the selected stage and placed on top of the already existing tasks.
