By configuring this conditional action, you can automatically create an activity each time a new deal is added to the system. This helps save time and eliminates routine tasks.
Step by step process below ⬇️
Setting up the Conditional Action
First, select the trigger. In our example, this is the creation of a new deal.
Then, assign the action: Create → Activity
Next, fill out the basic fields in the activity creation form with the necessary values.
You can also add custom fields if you want the activity to include other important parameters or information.
☝🏻 Important:
If you want the created activity to be linked to the deal — and also to the contacts or companies associated with that deal — you need to specify that during setup.
In other words, add the fields for Deal, Contacts, and Companies, and populate them using modifiers.
Once everything is configured, Create the conditional action.
Result
Let’s add a new deal to the system.
An activity will be automatically created and shown in the deal’s card.
